CampusWorks Celebrates 5 Years as a Great Place To Work®

Sarasota, FL — CampusWorks is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the fifth year in a row. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at CampusWorks. This year, 90% of employees said it’s a great place To Work – 33 points higher than the average U.S. company. See our results here »

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

“Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasizes that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that CampusWorks stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”

“With anxiety and depression on the rise nationally, we are especially proud of the culture of well-being we’ve created for our employees,” says Dr. Christine Lloyd, Executive Director of Human Resources and Talent Development at CampusWorks. “This recertification reaffirms our commitment to fostering a supportive, healthy workplace.”

CampusWorks is renowned for its “people-first” culture, prioritizing employee mental health and well-being. This past year, they introduced initiatives like an extended paid winter holiday break, a weekly virtual Mindfulness Community, and a Women’s Group that provides support and guidance to female employees navigating a traditionally male-dominated field.

CampusWorks also launched Impact Weekend, offering grants for employees to support local nonprofits. In 2024, the team contributed $33,000 in donations and volunteer hours, demonstrating their commitment to giving back and making a difference.

“We’ve always believed that happy employees lead to happy clients,” says Liz Murphy, CEO of CampusWorks. “Our Great Place to Work journey has shown us that happiness comes from supporting the whole person — from mental health and financial security to fostering a sense of purpose and community. Being Certified for five consecutive years is a great source of pride because it means our efforts are making a meaningful difference in the lives of our employees.”

According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
