An Objective, Future-Based Assessment of Ellucian Banner

CampusWorks performed an IT Assessment to gain a comprehensive understanding of the College’s overall technology needs. The assessment team evaluated the Banner ERP system, academic and instructional computing initiatives, IT staffing and organizational structure, customer service, infrastructure/network/security, and the technology environment.

Together, Harford CC and CampusWorks created a shared vision of the desired student and employee experiences and reimagined processes to align with that vision. Then CampusWorks would stay in place to lead the Banner upgrade initiative.
